You don’t need to be registered before you start shopping. Registration is a part of  the Checkout process and it is very easy, just follow the instruction.

How to Order

You can choose an item to purchase by browsing in our Gallery and using all the searching and sorting tools you have available. You start your order process by clicking on the “Add to Art Bag” button under your selected picture. Our system will then guide you, step by step, through this quick and easy process.        

Cancelling an Order

If you wish for whatever reason to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible on Tel: 020 8979 8444 (+ 44 (0) 208 979 8444 outside UK).  If the item you ordered has not been dispatched we will refund your money immediately. I f the item is on the way to you, please send it back unopened and we will refund your money less any shipping charges as soon we receive it.  Please follow the steps which you can find here.

We are happy to accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, and Solo.

Credit Card - by phone
If, after all our reassurances, you would prefer not to send your card details over the Internet, please feel free to phone them through to our Customer Care Team on 0208 979 8444 (+44 (0) 208 979 8444 Outside UK). Please have your order number to hand, when you call.

Cheque/Banker's Draft
We can also accept payment by cheque, banker's draft, or postal order. Click on the 'Complete Cheque Order' button at checkout then follow the instructions.
