
Returns Policy/Procedure If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 21 days for a replacement or a full refund. At Visionary Art we strive to do our best to provide a great product. We hope you'll be absolutely delighted with everything you order from us. At the same time we recognise there may be occasions when we can't please. Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item. Please be aware that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for a proof of posting (free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. gift-wrapping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item – less gift-wrapping, postage (except items sent in error or damaged).
