Orders are normally delivered within 5 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days.

Shipping Costs

United Kingdom
Our shipping and handling charges for UK Mainland orders are £12.50 for prints on paper. This charge is per order. Unfortunately we have to pass on surcharges that our carriers impose for some off-shore locations.

In general, Visionary Art shipping costs will be determined by:

• The total weight of the original painting or print
• The destination country of the shipment

Express Shipping Option (UK)
We normally ship orders of prints by post. For an extra £2.50 we can send your order by courier. This is a next working day service to the UK (exc. offshore). Please note that the selection of this service does not alter the date that we expect your order to leave our warehouse. This shipping method only applies to in-stock items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Duty

Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, you are responsible for any duty owed. 

How Long Will It Take?

Orders are normally delivered within 10 working days. Deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt.

My Painting Has Not Arrived!

When the item is ordered, it is checked, packed, shipped and delivered to you within 10 days. From time to time this delivery period is extended. Reasons may be variable beginning with low stock levels and end with strikes of delivery staff. If are aware of any possible delay we will contact you immediately.

Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we contact you as soon as possible. Deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt so that could be one of the reasons why the package will not be delivered. Among other reasons are problems with the address format. We will discuss this with you during our investigation to find the reason why the delivery failed.

Delivery Charges, Gift wrapping & Other Services

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. In other cases we will not refund any postage charges for the delivery of the item. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example gift-wrapping.
