When you register for the site Visionary-Art Ltd, you agree to the terms of this agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use Visionary-Art Ltd services.

English law shall govern each transaction, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships, which arise as a result of such sales. Any disputes arising out of any sale will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Making a contract with us

We ask that you agree to register for Visionary-Art sales using your correct name, address and any other requested details. You may be asked to enter credit, debit or charge card details.

• You must be fully entitled to use that card at the time of providing those details to Visionary-Art.
• Your card must have available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from Visionary-Art.
• If any of the information you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded you must notify us with the corrected information immediately.
• You must be at least 18 years old and over to register with Visionary-Art, to purchase goods and to offer credit card details for payment for our products or services

Descriptions of Goods and Services

Descriptions of goods and services included in the Visionary-Art site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Omissions and errors are corrected as soon as we are aware of them.

Colours and appearance of images, canvasses and mounts may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. Also print sizes can vary slightly with each production run. Contact us for precise dimensions.

Payment

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your goods are sent.

Loss and Liability

Visionary-Art cannot be held responsible for any loss of profit, time, data, business, or time howsoever caused.
The liability of Visionary-Art however arising will not under any circumstances exceed the greater of a) £800 or b) an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by you.

Changes to this Agreement

Visionary Art reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement, its prices and availability of products or services at any time.

Security and Privacy

Please be reassured that any information you give us during the registration or ordering process will be well protected. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and HTML, is the property of www.visionary-art.org its owner and/or its suppliers and partners, and any third party content is used by pursuant to express authorisation from copyright owners or their agents.
You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to www.visionary-art.org or its contents are vested in www.visionary-art.org  its owner and/or its suppliers or partners where appropriate. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.

Please be aware that the colours and appearance of artwork or products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen, or in catalogues. The items have been photographed at a high resolution but are displayed on the website at a lower level to enable acceptable download times.

By purchasing goods or services from our site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement between us. You also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data in the way stated in this policy statement. Visionary-Art will not use this data, or disclose it to any third party, either during registration or at any other time, without your express permission, given during registration or at some other time.

We may also contact you in respect of special offers or competitions, but only if you have elected to receive this by checking the opt-in box during the registration procedure or competition entry page, or entered your email address on the home page mailing list submission. Data Protection

Credit card information will be held at a secure and separate site, and once we have authorised your purchase, we will delete part of the number and details, so that even in the highly unlikely event that our site security was breached for any reason your credit card details would be unusable.

Your Statutory Rights 

• We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know you may wish to return items. That’s why under our 21 day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item.
• By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
